THE WAY WE TEACH
You do not need another list of things you are doing wrong. You need language for what is happening—and something useful to do with it.
Clear explanations connect concepts to the everyday moments where you get stuck.
Reflection and practical exercises turn information into something you can work with.
Your boundaries count. Curiosity is welcome. You do not owe anyone disclosure or performance.
LEARN HERE. PRACTICE WITH CONNECTED.
Understanding something is a beginning. Making room for it in an ordinary Tuesday? That is where practice comes in.
Connected by Dr. Meg is our upcoming companion app for daily reflection, meaningful conversation, and playful connection—whether you are exploring on your own or with a partner.
Sexpertise University is where you go deeper through courses and guided learning. Connected is being built to help you keep practicing between those moments.
Coming soonThe app is in development. Access details will be shared when it launches. Course-linked activities are a future possibility; they are not available yet.
THE EVERYDAY COMPANION
Space for reflection, curiosity, and noticing what matters to you.
Conversation, play, and small invitations to connect with intention.
“You do not need to become someone else
to build a more connected life.
You need room to understand yourself.”

MEET DR. MEG PALUBICKI
Dr. Meg brings clinical sexology, relationship education, and a direct, compassionate approach to the subjects people are often taught to avoid.
Her work explores desire, sexual shame, relationship patterns, and body awareness. Here, that work becomes education you can return to, reflect on, and bring into your own life.
Honest questions. Useful tools. No pretending you have it all together.
